We recently had our Transit Van serviced at Group 1 Ford and unfortunately it resulted in a severe accident which resulted in the total loss of our van. The service department failed to properly install the bolts for the brake caliper. As a result the van lost control on the highway and ended up flipping onto it's side. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. If you use Group 1 Ford for service I would cautious inspect their work for your safety.

Hands down the best experience I have had at a service department. Audri was super amazing, kind, courteous, and understanding from start to finish. I came in for an oil change and to look at a window issue (walk-in, I did not have an appointment). I was on a time crunch to get to a doctor's appointment and on the road to Dallas, she said there was going to be a wait in which I agreed, but offered a ride if it got close to the appointment time. As the time got closer for me to need to leave, she was eager to get me an Uber to get me to the doctor appointment on-time and would have them pick me up afterwards as well. As the Uber arrived she had called to let me know my truck was ready and I could get back on the road. They recommend that you make an appointment for service and I did, once I got there the service writer said that the appointment only means that you will be seen that day. Most times when I make an appointment it means that I will be seen around that time.
