The customer service was amazing. I was asked several times if I needed anything. I did not like the wait time close to 2 hours. I had booked an appointment and then found out appointment times don’t matter it’s first come first serve which is understandable but why have appointment times?
Although Britton was my initial contact it was Leigh in the service department that absolutely took care of the whole situation! ( Sorry if I got the name wrong!) She was an absolute doll and took care of everything for me!

Scheduled a service appointment for an oil/filter change. Got right in, waited at the dealership, Glenn (service advisor) is the best! Less than an hour and wad on my way home.
I dropped my truck off on Monday with five items that needed to be addressed. After having it all week, I was called Friday and told it was ready, but only one of the five issues had been fixed. That’s simply unacceptable. This is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

Not customer friendly. Buy our vehicle. Then you are on your own. They are doing okay in most areas but not helpful in owner training and coaching of the technology. My oil is at 0% and is not clean. With all of this I’m pretty sure that the plugs are well used and the air filter is dirty.
I have determined that this will be the last time I purchase anything from this dealership. I have purchased 5-6 vehicles from this dealership and that will not happen again. I am finding that it is very difficult to not share my disappointment with my friends and family.
