The Explorer has a fuel tank size of 20.2 gallons, depending on which Explorer trim level buyers get. The long list of different Explorer models provides different fuel tank sizes as well, which fits with the gas mileage each model can deliver. The 2021 Explorer has a 510-mile fuel range, but this driving range might differ depending on the model. The 2.3-liter engine is the base but a 3.0-liter EcoBoost® Engine is available, and it should produce either 400 to 365hp based on the trim level. On April 11,2026, I purchased a used 2023 Dodge TRX from you with a generous warranty of 90 days or 1000 miles. I had the truck for 2 days before having to return it to have the cruise control serviced and all of the other systems were in need of service. We recently had our Transit Van serviced at Group 1 Ford and unfortunately it resulted in a severe accident which resulted in the total loss of our van. The service department failed to properly install the bolts for the brake caliper. As a result the van lost control on the highway and ended up flipping onto it's side. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. If you use Group 1 Ford for service I would cautious inspect their work for your safety.

Bought a 2025 ford f150. Less than 1500 miles and it has been in the service department 3 times. Last service visit kept getting told conflicting stories on why it took so long.

They recommend that you make an appointment for service and I did, once I got there the service writer said that the appointment only means that you will be seen that day. Most times when I make an appointment it means that I will be seen around that time.
Fast service. Took my truck in midday on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. They had it done within an hour. Good customer service. LeighAnn took good care of me.

A little later I thought about it and realized I would not be getting 100% synthetic oil like I wanted. Everything went smoothly otherwise including the time required, the free Uber rides, payment, and pickup of vehicle. First service of my brand new 2025 Ford Mustang. I had oil all over the backside of my skid plate. Which leaked out onto my garage floor. I had to get under the truck and clean it up.

One thing I didn’t like. When I came for my vehicle I felt like I was being “shooed” out. I was trying to ask questions about what was done. She “read” it to me. I think the service department at most dealerships can be intimidating, that was not my experience here. Logan is the one who helped me and he was very professional, friendly and I felt like he had my best interest in mind.
